Nearly every operator advertising accommodation near Manchester Airport makes you enquire before they will tell you a price. We would rather you saw it now and decided for yourself. One price for the whole four-bedroom house, not per person, with all bills, wifi and linen included. Minimum stay is three nights.
The whole house, sleeping up to 8.
Works out at £30 per person a night for a crew of six, or £22.50 for eight.
10% off. A full week is £1,134.
Works out at £27 per person a night for a crew of six, or £20.25 for eight.
25% off. A 28-night block is £3,780.
Works out at £22.50 per person a night for a crew of six, or £16.88 for eight.
Rates are for the whole house whether four people stay or eight, so a crew that grows mid-project does not cost more. Blocks of three months or more are negotiable. If you place people near the airport regularly, ask about a corporate rate with consolidated monthly invoicing.
Booking direct keeps the platform service fee off your stay and lets us be flexible on arrival times, extensions and invoicing. The platforms are there if you would rather book that way.
Our house sits in Wythenshawe, in the M22 postcode, roughly two miles from Manchester Airport and around ten minutes away by car. We hedge that figure on purpose. A run to the terminal at six in the morning and the same run at five in the afternoon are not the same journey, and we would rather under-promise than have you miss a flight because a website rounded a number down.
It is a four-bedroom house, newly refurbished throughout in 2026, sleeping eight. Two double bedrooms, a twin room whose single beds zip together into a queen, a single room, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. That flexibility matters near an airport, because the same house has to work for a crew of six who each want their own bed and for a family of five flying out at dawn.
The detail that gets mentioned most is the driveway. It is private and it holds up to four vans or cars, at no cost and with no permit hunt. Anyone who has tried to park a Transit near Manchester Airport overnight will understand why that is the first thing we mention. Alongside it there is fast wifi at 190Mbps or more, a desk with USB points, a washing machine and tumble dryer, blackout curtains in every bedroom for anyone on nights or adjusting to a time zone, a full kitchen and an enclosed patio garden.
One thing we will always be straight about. There is a single family bathroom with a shower upstairs plus a separate WC downstairs, which Airbnb records as 1.5 bathrooms. It is not two full bathrooms and we will not describe it as such. For most groups the separate downstairs WC is what prevents the morning queue, but if your party needs a bathroom each, tell us and we will say so rather than take the booking.
Summary: Beacon Living Group lets a newly refurbished four-bedroom house in Wythenshawe (M22), around ten minutes by car from Manchester Airport. It sleeps eight, has a private driveway for up to four vans or cars, fast wifi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an enclosed garden and self check-in at any hour. The whole house is £180 a night with 10% off from seven nights and 25% off from twenty-eight, on a three-night minimum. Book direct on WhatsApp on 07544 843569, or on Airbnb and Booking.com.
Manchester Airport pulls in four quite different kinds of guest, and the house was set up with all four in mind. Pick the one that fits you.
Ask any crew that has worked a job near an airport what went wrong with the last place they stayed and parking comes up before the beds do. Airport hotels charge for their car parks because the land is worth more as parking than as anything else, and plenty of them will not take a signwritten van at all. Street parking around a busy airport is either permitted, restricted or gone by the time the last shift gets back.
Our driveway is private, it is included, and it takes up to four vans or cars. There are no permits, no barrier, no per-night vehicle charge and no hunting for a space at eleven at night. For a crew running four vehicles that is a genuine cost line removed rather than a nice extra, and it is the single most common reason a contractor books this house over something closer to the terminal.
Manchester Airport is the third-busiest airport in the United Kingdom and handled just over 32 million passengers in 2025. An operation at that scale runs continuously, which means a continuous flow of crew, engineers, contractors, ground staff and travellers who all need a bed somewhere near it. That is what makes accommodation here a steady proposition rather than a seasonal one.
Manchester Airports Group directly employs around 7,000 people across the group and reports supporting more than 40,000 across its wider supply chain. We quote that as a group-wide figure deliberately, because a site-specific headcount for this airport alone is not something we can verify, and we would rather give you a number we can stand behind than a bigger one we cannot.
Alongside the airport itself sits Airport City Manchester, the roughly one-billion-pound development described above, and the wider Enterprise Zone around it. Between the airport, Airport City and the industrial estates a few minutes north at Sharston, Roundthorn and Atlas Business Park, this postcode has an unusual concentration of the kind of work that puts people in accommodation for weeks at a time.
By car it is roughly two miles and around ten minutes, with the M56 giving a direct run to the airport and out towards Cheshire, and the Sharston Bypass linking through to the M60 at junction 4 for the rest of Greater Manchester. Without a car, the Metrolink Airport Line runs through Wythenshawe directly to Manchester Airport with trams roughly every twelve minutes, and in the other direction into central Manchester.
We have deliberately not published a nearest tram stop and a walking time on this page. There are several stops in the local cluster and we have not yet timed the walk properly ourselves. Rather than guess, we give confirmed guests the exact stop and the real walking time. If getting to the terminal without a car is the deciding factor for you, ask us before you book and we will tell you straight.
Some accommodation near Manchester Airport sells a stay-and-leave-your-car package, where you park the night before and the vehicle stays on site while you are away. We do not offer that, and we would rather say so plainly on this page than have you ask and be disappointed.
The reason is insurance. Holding a guest's vehicle beyond their stay is a different proposition from parking during it, and we have not resolved the cover position on that. Until we have, offering it would mean taking money for something we could not properly stand behind if a car were damaged or stolen. The driveway is for guests during their stay, and it is free and generous for that.
The house is on Airbnb and Booking.com and you are very welcome to book there. Booking direct with us does two things the platforms cannot. The price you see is the price you pay, with no platform service fee added at checkout. And you are dealing with the person who runs the house rather than a messaging system, which matters when a flight moves, a job overruns or your office needs a proper VAT invoice rather than a booking confirmation.
For companies placing people near the airport regularly we can set up a corporate rate with consolidated monthly invoicing, purchase order references and payment terms. That is usually far simpler for a travel booker or project manager than putting every stay through a company card and reconciling it later.
Before you enquire, our main Wythenshawe page carries the live availability calendar for the house, our guide to accommodation near Wythenshawe Hospital covers the healthcare side of the same postcode, and our comparison of contractor accommodation near Manchester Airport sets out the criteria worth judging any option on, including ours.
Roughly two miles, around ten minutes by car depending on traffic. We hedge that figure deliberately, because a six in the morning run and a five in the afternoon run are not the same journey.
£180 a night for the whole house on a three-night minimum. Seven nights or more takes 10% off, so a week is £1,134, or £162 a night. Twenty-eight nights or more takes 25% off, so a 28-night block is £3,780, or £135 a night. All bills, wifi and linen are included.
Yes. A private driveway with room for up to four vans or cars, included in the rate, with no permits needed. It is the most common reason crews pick this house over something closer to the terminal.
Yes, and it is largely who the house is set up for. Eight beds, four vehicle spaces, laundry, a full kitchen and a desk, plus company invoicing and corporate rates for crews placed regularly.
Yes. A family of five or more usually needs two hotel rooms near the airport. Here you get four bedrooms, a kitchen for breakfast before a dawn departure and the car on the driveway, for one price, with self check-in at any hour.
No. The driveway is for guests during their stay only. Holding a vehicle beyond a stay raises insurance questions we have not resolved, and we will not sell something we cannot stand behind.
